haendler，德国主机商，主要有位于荷兰的vps虚拟服务器和nat服务器。支持paypal付款，需要充值后才能购买。(最低5欧元)。目前无优惠码。据说19年被黑过一次。
后台需要自己挂载并安装系统。如果是最低配的可以安装Debian9系统，选择手动安装，（只装必要的软件ssh 和ssu）时间会有点长。注意：后台VNC键盘映射是错乱的。“Keyboard Type”。密码尽量简单英文，登录后修改sshd_config ，允许root登录。使用ssh软件更方便。
虽然机器位置在荷兰，但是由于是德国原生IP，解锁德国奈飞。移动绕英国，上海 CN2绕新加坡。联通友好，速度还行。
