总结：
YouTube地区显示乌克兰，解锁Netflix俄区，LXC虚拟化，速度不大行，KVM能好点。性能也别抱太大希望。胜在便宜，200卢布十年，当个解锁机也不错。不过商家能不能开到10年还是未知数。
商家还有常规套餐，不支持PayPal，仅支持信用卡和俄罗斯支付方式yandex和qiwi等。
